You'll have a great time at this brand new modern basement apartment with 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and living room, and your own separate entrance . Truly a home away from home. Minutes drive from restaurants, shopping areas, University of Waterloo, Wilfred University and Conestoga College. This basement apartment is in a newly custom built house with a paved driveway and separate walkway to the apartment from the driveway. We live upstairs so will always be available to help.
