Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy. For example, Laval, Brulon lake and beach, Sille lake and beach, and the centre of Le Mans.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
