Very close to a trolley stop, and less than a mile from downtown, you have convenience and privacy. Both bathrooms and all bedrooms are located on the second level, so this would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Welcome to Staunton! This historic home was one of the original workers' cottages in the 1800s. It's located downtown with a short walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries, Mary Baldwin University, Gypsy Hill Park, and Blackfriars Playhouse. It has all the charms of an older home like original pine floors and tavern-style doors, but with a modern kitchen, bathroom, internet, and AC. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is beautiful!
