Use the time for yourself and make your holiday the best time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m above sea level, near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a WC. Also: a large terrace and a large garden for guests to use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)
