*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

You'll be able to park right behind the property and walk to a ton of coffee shops, yoga, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The second bed is a pullout couch in the living room. Every window has a shade you can pull down to keep out the light.

Urban converted gas station in heart of South Side

My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. The southside is loaded with bars and restaurants, grocery and clothing stores, galleries, public library and pool. It is very near downtown Pgh and has great bike/running trails along the river. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
