Avantgarde Casona dated from 1890 fully renovated and updated for a relaxing stay. With many windows to see panoramic life in streets passing by on a corner of one of the major avenues. The house has kept its charm with all original doors and ceilings of 5m high combined with modern art. The garden has a cozy pool that gives a peaceful feeling of nature. Restaurants and bakery are one block as Santiago market 5 min walking. Bedroom, kitchen and dining room have airco, other areas have vents.

Casa Chembech is a beautiful, spacious and airy colonial house in Merida's Historic City Center close to the Mejorada park, only a 10-minute walk from the buzzing Centro. Relax with family or friends in our 2 bedroom greek style home. It is located 10 minutes by car from the Merida Airport and 15 minutes by car from downtown. You can also visit haciendas, horseback riding, cenotes and ruins 25-60 minutes from our place! Please feel free to message me for any questions I am glad to help! We would like to apologize for the backyard since we are in process of construction, nobody will be working during your stay so you have your privacy, peace & quiet 🥰
