You are independent, in a fully equipped house overlooking the castle, the medieval village of Penne and the Aveyron River. In terms of activities, there is something for everyone: cultural visits (Toulouse, Albi classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), sports activities (canoeing, hiking and mountain biking, climbing, swimming, etc.), participation in local festivities, and simply relaxation!

Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. Charming listed house, by the water, close to the mediaeval village of Bruniquel. You will enjoy its large garden with no neighbours opposite, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.
