L’appartement se trouve au 3eme étage, vous rentrez sur la pièce à vivre composé d’un coin cuisine en L, toute équipée, une table avec deux chaises, un coin salon avec son canapé et une sélection de livres. Cette pièce à vivre donne sur sa terrace de 10 m2 avec son mobilier extérieur. De l’autre côté de la pièce à vivre, la chambre avec son lit de 140cm, et sa salle de douche avec toilettes.

La Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. You will enjoy its large garden with no neighbours opposite, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Our detached stone house, full of family history, from the late 19th century, is completely independent of the owner. It is located in an isolated hamlet & perched on a hill, in the heart of the Aveyron gorges and a short walk from the Grésigne state forest.

Located 4 km from the wonderful medieval village of Saint Antonin Noble Val and the Aveyron gorges, we welcome you to a 2-hectare property. It is on the ground floor of our home, a fully renovated old Quercy farmhouse, that we offer you to stay in one of our 2 cottages for 4 or 6 people. Or in our 5-person chalet located at the entrance to the property.

Le Noisetier Sentimental will delight you by its quietness, in the heart of the thousand-year-old vineyard, near the shops of the city of Gaillac. This former artist's studio can accommodate 2 people.
