The modern apartment (about 40 m²) has a small kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, dining area - ideal for 2 people. The manor house is idyllically located in a small village, offers rural tranquility and at the same time proximity to the Baltic Sea. Pool and sauna use by arrangement – perfect for relaxing after excursions to the beach or the region.

We are located in a detached housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle.
