The modern apartment (about 40 m²) has a small kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, dining area - ideal for 2 people. The manor house is idyllically located in a small village, offers rural tranquility and at the same time proximity to the Baltic Sea. Pool and sauna use by arrangement – perfect for relaxing after excursions to the beach or the region.

The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a detached housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.
