Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

New Construction custom home in the desirable neighborhood just minutes away from Mission Ridge Ski area yet only 15 minutes from Wenatchee. This listing is for DAYLIGHT BASEMENT of the home which has a private entry and parking for 2 cars. Laundry, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop(no stove). There is a patio with a BBQ. We live as a family on the upper level of the home so there may be noise. We do have a Goldendoodle Otis which you may see outside.
