Newly renovated finca with infinity pool and A/C

A perfect mix of tradition and modernity, welcome to the wonderful Finca Pep. The traditional finca, in the inland area of Porto Cristo, was completely renovated until 2022 and transformed into a stylish holiday home with a lot of taste, personal commitment and some costs. The high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout are evident in many details. Air conditioning and heating, three spacious bathrooms and, among other things, the gas cooker with five hobs for ambitious hobby cooks.

Na Banya is a typical Majorcan house, with natural stone walls, surrounded by a plot of 1 hectare. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. The terrace, the pool area and the barbecue will be the center of your vacations. On the farm there are farm animals which can be visited. The finca is located near the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It has good connections to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby.

This renovated old country house has belonged to our family for several generations. In the past, the cultivation and livestock were kept. (cows, pigs, chickens...) Very quiet villa where our guests can relax, enjoy its beautiful views, sunbathe, enjoy a good barbecue, walk along the coast and through the old town. Good starting point for excursions.
