Our vacation home on the Saaler Bodden has a lot of charm and is ideal for families with children. Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? You've come to the right place! Also ideal for surfers! Because both here in Neuendorf and in Saal (also kite surfing), there are optimal conditions. In spring and autumn, you can observe the crane and goose train from the house and the field paths nearby. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park is right outside the front door!

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Klockenhagen is an ideal starting point with many attractions in the surrounding area for an eventful holiday with the family. Klockenhagen is a state-recognised resort, known as the gateway to the "Fischland-Darss-Zingst" peninsula.

A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Hall apartment to the ostrich

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Little Cottage am Saaler Bodden

Our lovingly furnished thatched semi-detached house is located in Neuendorf-Heide, a small village on the Saaler Bodden between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The former farmhouse, built in 1850, offers 125 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land for 5 people. The 3 floors of the cottage and the 3 shared gardens offer space for togetherness, but also retreats to relax. A day at the beach ends with the joy of a cozy home.

Peninsula idyll

Relax in this special and quiet location of this accommodation. The tubular former fisherman's house is surrounded by a lot of expanse, meadows and sky. This place invites you to breathe freely and scream in the wind. Michaelsdorf is located on a peninsula between the Saaler and Bodstedter Bodden. If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes, you can be at the Baltic Sea beach by car.

This beautiful domicile in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach and welcomes from the 15th July the first holiday guests. The architect's house offers you not only a breathtaking view of the sea from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

Elegant living in "Lieblingshof 3"

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.
