Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Vacation home in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and given it back the old charm of 1904. Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

Hello dear guests, In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands, we offer a spacious accommodation for up to 5 people. The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, go on great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which is 1.2 km away on foot. On three floors you will find nostalgic original furniture, a soothing infrared sauna and above all: a lot of peace and quiet. Surrounded by forest, meadows and the rippling Goldbach, the house is an ideal place for a break, creative workation or relaxed family time.

Beautiful residential church in the south of Leipzig

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

Only 5 min to Lake Cospuden (Cossi) by bike, 10 min to the wildlife park and 20 min to Leipzig city center. The center can be easily reached by public transport, the nearest tram station is about 70 m away.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
