Angela is one of the kindness host I’ve ever had. She really takes care of her guests. I would recommend her place to everyone who want spend nice time in Venice.

Ferruccio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The place is in such a beautiful location. The place is beautifully quaint with centuries of history. It is small but it is Venice so I think that’s common. The bed was comfortable, the bath was my personal favorite. The garden was beautiful, the turtle was awesome. I would stay here again for short visits it’s perfect

Another Venice for those who want to discover Venice and live it closer to the Venetians. The apartment is cozy with stunning views and a Coop department store is right next door. It is very convenient for family and the giudecca is very well served in Vaporetto to go anywhere and explore Venice. A great green stay in Venice. We'll be happy to go back! Our son even played with the kids on the campo out of school! Visit and live Venice. A great pleasure.

We had a great stay at this accommodation! The location is very convenient - just about 10 minutes from Venice airport and right next to a bus stop that takes you directly into Venice, which made getting around super easy. Check-in was smooth and handled by the friendly hotel staff across the road. They were incredibly helpful, offering great advice on using local transport and how to get into the city. It was also a big plus that we could use the hotel’s car park during our stay. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Venice without staying right in the city centre. Giacomo was also really helpful with any questions or requests I had for this booking.
