Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Saco River

If you are looking for a winter rental - look no further! This has everything you need to be comfortable. With little traffic in the winter, it is only 25 minutes to downtown Portland! Krystle was extremely kind and communicative and always made sure I had everything I needed! She was very flexible and I would most definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Sea Marsh condo! It was the perfect space for our little family. Very comfortable and clean. Havah and Joe were great to work with and very friendly! We look forward to staying there again in the future :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

We absolutely loved our stay in Portland! The house was stunning—beautifully designed with so much intention and care. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. It was just a quick 5–10 minute drive to downtown, but felt like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and little touches that made the stay extra special—like the delicious pastries they brought us! Highlights for us included the luxurious bathroom with the tub and shower, the cozy linens, and enjoying the projector in the evenings. We also really appreciated how eco-friendly the space was, from the materials used in the remodel to the little details like the compost bucket and so much more. You can truly see how much heart and effort the hosts put into creating this home. So, so perfect—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The views were amazing and very close to Sunday River. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend and would be amazing to come back in the fall.

Matthew and Paula's place was perfect for our large group ski weekend at Sunday River. The house is close to Bethel and less than 15 minutes to the mountain. The furniture and appliances were new and overall, the place was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very beautiful and comfortable home. The little arcade space, the theater room, hot tub, and sauna were really nice additions! They responded to inquiries very quickly. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of 10 friends and had the best time! Before we arrived, Emily and Anthony sent over a super helpful list of instructions along with recommendations for things to do in the area. They were also really responsive whenever we had questions, which made everything super easy. The location is great with a beautiful water view! While we mostly hung out at the house, we made a grocery run and everything we needed was just 5–10 minutes away. For anyone wanting to explore more, they even had a binder with local recommendations, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us. We especially loved the bonfire setup and the awesome selection of board games—it made for such a fun and cozy weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!

Book right now! Such an amazing place to stay and enjoy a weekend in NH! Close to skiing, grocery stores, gas stations and more. The house is perfect for kids - we had ages 2, 7,, 8 and 11 with us and they all had a blast! 10/10 home. All amenities and more! Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay at Chris’s house! It has all the modern conveniences but is warm and comfortable, and fits well in the neighborhood. The location right on the cove has great views from the living area and the bedroom. The house is very well appointed with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a great king bed. Heating system worked well and water pressure was good. Filtered water from the refrigerator was a plus. Washer/dryer came in handy, and parking was easy. Boothbay Harbor is quiet in the off-season but it was great to not have crowds and traffic. It’s an easy walk to downtown and some restaurants and shops were open. We had breakfast at Woodsong Market (great coffee too!) and dinners at the Boathouse and Brady’s - both were very good. The house was also a good home base to visit other towns - Southport, Bath, Brunswick, Rockland and Belfast. Thanks again Chris for sharing your terrific home!

We had a great stay. We really loved the decor and hot tub. The media/theater setup was pretty cool and the kids enjoyed the fit put in the back along the stream. When we had a question about the hot tub cover, they had someone out there the next morning to address it. All of the how to videos on how to operate everything in the house was super cool. I will say, the second bedroom was a bit small with no room for furniture or suitcase. As well as, the second bed was pretty noisy. Five or six people might be a bit tight in there

The property was exactly like the pictures. Simply lovely! I adored the decor and everything was so clean! Darryl setup thoughtful popcorn and hot cocoa snacks upon arrival. Thoughtful touches like- washer/dryer, spices, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. Even a full coffee setup with flavored syrups. The kids (8-11 years) were obsessed! Everyone loved the campfires, movie nights, video game competitions, board games, stargazing, chats in the hot tub, and soaking in the deep bathroom tub. It was peaceful & beautiful. There was such a beautiful view and great sunlight all day- Even on cloudy days. How could you be sad here?! Also, a 15 minute drive to Bethel for great meals based on Darryl’s recommendations. On top of that, Darryl took the time to learn about a negative review I received when a previous host retaliated after an injury. He treated me with respect. I can’t say enough good things about Darry and the experience. I can’t wait to return.

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

Lynn’s condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed being able to ski in/out and walk to the waterpark and dinner. Our dog enjoyed daily walks along the xc trails. We had everything we needed for a memorable family getaway.

It was a great place to stay at Jay Peak. The listing was exactly what the condo looked like. It was very clean, and the location was fantastic. It was right off Grammy Jay but there’s always the shuttle available if necessary. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Dan was a great host. Communicated well, was very responsive…we have stayed at Jay many times over the years and appreciated that the house was stocked, we had everything we needed for our stay…just like it was our place. Sounds simple but usually we’re running to get the little things and it was nice to just be able to relax and know they were there. Thanks Dan, we will be back!! Oh and the 300+ inches of snow was kinda cool too!
