A charming house with a renovated tower with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is located in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed. The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
