Beachfront holiday rentals in Säffle Municipality

Wow, what a beautiful place. We feel so blessed, that we had the chance to stay as "lighthouse keepers" on this little island. We enjoyed beauti- and peaceful sunny autumn days here. The sauna was a great experience also a bath in the lake afterwards. You see the hard work that has been invested and we would love to come back in the near future. Depending on the Wind forecast it is maybe not possible to leave the island for some days so keep that in mind and plan accordingly regarding food, etc.

Our stay with Elin & Eva was well taken care of. The place was as advertised. Beautiful quiet home, with great views. The cottage is somewhat remote, which is convenient if you are relaxed. Since we were visiting just outside the high season, we were a little disappointed with what to do in the area, many attractions were a short drive away by car. Of course, this does not detract from the house , which itself is well cared for. Hostess Eva spoke to us well, and helped with any questions. Thanks for the stay, possibly see you next time! Super nice place in the immediate vicinity of Lake Vänern. Incredibly beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and always got a quick response. Very clear recommendation for all those seeking peace! 😊

A great place with stunning lake views. The property is perfectly equipped, two beds are available in a separate log cabin - perfect if you want to retreat. Small downside: You have to bring your own bedding and towels (which is a bit unfavorable if you are making a three-person Sweden tour and the car is full) and you do the rough final cleaning yourself. Everything is also explicitly stated in the listing description, but it can still be overlooked quickly.

We had a lovely stay in the cabin, the view over the lake was great and we could take a dive anytime we felt like it! A great place to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Perfect surroundings if you are looking for relaxed and quiet accommodation. Even though the location is very isolated, it still offer a great variety of things to see within 30-60 minutes of drive.

We were allowed to enjoy 1 week in a fantastic spacious house with a huge terrace and breathtaking views of the Glafsfjorden. As a bonus, the easy-to-use Jacuzzi with 36-38 degrees of warm water. Elisabeth is really an extremely nice and friendly host! The area is surrounded by huge forest areas, with many mushrooms. We were also lucky with the weather, almost only sunshine and beautiful sunsets😃 We look forward to seeing you again!

The little house is super nicely located. The fantastic sauna on the lake is an absolute highlight! Highly recommend!! However, there were three of us in the accommodation, which was a bit tight! It is better only for 2 persons! The hosts were very friendly and helpful! Thank you!:)
