Here you live peaceful and spacious with the forest and lake close by. Herrestad Farm is surrounded by ancient monuments and has been inhabited for many thousands of years. Herrestad is a green oasis in the middle of an agricultural area and close to Sweden's largest freshwater lake. Wildlife is rich, both in terms of birdlife and deer. You can often see both deer and elk in the garden. Now life in the wild has also been expanded to include wild boar. In spring, the beautiful apple trees bloom and the houses are surrounded by several different types of beautiful deciduous trees.

Take a morning swim in the bay and then have your breakfast on the deck with the water sparkling between the birch stems. Here, you will stay in your own, brand-new house, luxuriously furnished in a Scandinavian design, just 100 metres from the EU's largest lake. 15 minutes drive west of Karlstad leads to this paradise with lake view and short walk to sandy beaches that attract to lovely swimming. Here, you are close to the forest, with walking paths and the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms. Fishing is also possible.

Welcome to a spacious house in beautiful countryside. The house was built in the 1940s but has been completely renovated since 2019. Häljebol is centrally located and from here you can reach sights in Karlstad, Arvika, Säffle and Årjäng. We have three separate bedrooms upstairs, with a total of 8 beds. Kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. Broadband via fiber, TV, washing machine and dryer. In late summer, you can pick fruit and berries in the garden. Since the house is newly renovated, we do not allow pets or smoking.

Less than 100 meters to lovely swimming in Lake Vänern with both a jetty and a small sandy beach. Nice grassy areas around the house for play and relaxing. Jetty with berth is available if you have a boat. If you want to look around, there is a farm shop nearby and at the end of Värmlandsnäs, the pleasant Ekenäs with restaurant and boat trips to Lurö.

Svanskog/Svaneholm ligger i sydvästra Värmland med närhet till Säffle som centralort och Åmål i Dalsland. På orten finns en närbutik och en trevlig pizzeria. Upplev den värmländska småstadsidyllen!

So you get the best of both worlds - the tranquility of the countryside and the pulse of the city within reach. 🏡

Hjelleskate Herrgård is an idyllic and historic Manor, situated with a beautiful view over the Vänern lake. The villa offers a peaceful and unique experience in Swedish nature, only a few hundred meters from the lake, and surrounded by wildlife and forests. The home comes with a rowing boat that visitors can lend for excursions in lake Vänern. This part of Värmland is well known for its interesting cultural history with many archaeological funds and 5 medieval churches.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Cabin in Åmål Hammaren

Older house from 1909 in Åmål with a summer cottage feel and a lonely and peaceful lush location without neighbors, like living in the countryside but still close to central Åmål. You will have the whole house for yourselves and about 10-15 minutes' walk. A little water in the form of a river next to the house and a few minutes to the grocery store and close to the walkway and busy road as it is pretty close to the city center. The house is undergoing minor repairs

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Sjönnebols Herrgård är omgiven av vacker natur. Bredvid gården betar får och skogen ligger precis intill. På baksidan av herrgården finns en uteplats under tak samt stor gräsmatta där ingen insyn finns. Det är enkelt att ta sig till herrgården som endast ligger ca 1 mil från E45:an. Det är asfalterat hela vägen fram utom de sista 200 metrarna.
