Here you can swim at a small sandy beach, cliffs and piers as well as excellent fishing opportunities. In the surroundings there are beautiful gravel roads for walks and bike rides, and during late summer and autumn you can pick berries and mushrooms in the forests. The cottage is also a perfect base for day trips in Värmland and on the scenic Värmlandsnäs. A place for both relaxation and experiences by the lake.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

The 2 houses of 100 sq. ms. provides modern standard in total privacy, in a classic Swedish way. 10 min from the city of Åmål by car or boat.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Newly-built villa in 2022 of 140 sqm with two bedrooms and up to 6 beds, but upon request we can arrange up to 12 beds. Large garden with patio, barbecue and heated jacuzzi. Right next to the house is Knappstadsviken Nature Reserve, which offers beautiful hiking trails with barbecue areas and lookout towers. Those of you who have an electric car have access to an electric car charger. Close to the city of Karlstad (about 5 km). Bus stop is nearby.
