Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Lakefront, modern and newly-renovated accommodation with its own terrace and garden. 700m to Lake Vänern (EU's largest lake), 500m to nature reserve Hammars udde which offers beautiful nature, rich bird life, nice hiking trails, burial grounds from the Iron Age and a Viking Age "domarring" (ring-shaped stone wall). You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum on the outskirts of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old Vänern fishing and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Modern summer cottage with a unique location, only 80 meters from Lake Vänern - Sweden's largest lake. Here you can swim at a small sandy beach, cliffs and piers as well as excellent fishing opportunities. In the surroundings there are beautiful gravel roads for walks and bike rides, and during late summer and autumn you can pick berries and mushrooms in the forests. The cottage is also a perfect base for day trips in Värmland and on the scenic Värmlandsnäs. A place for both relaxation and experiences by the lake.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Take the chance to rent a light and fresh holiday house with a fantastic viewover the small private beach and lake. Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Stay at Färjestads B&B near arenas, nature and city.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Welcome to our simple, cosy, beautiful wooden tiny house in the forest. A light-filled, insulated space with a cozy wood-burning stove to keep you warm on cooler days and a large window facing the forest. It is tucked away in a small patch of forest, just 50 meters from our main home. This setup gives you privacy and a peaceful connection to nature, with the comfort of knowing we are nearby if you need anything.

Typical Swedish house in a unique location on a secluded forest clearing. Here you can be all by yourself! Go for a jog in the morning, then down to the lake and swim. Then go out by rowboat to fish for a bass, which is roasted over the fire in the evening, that is pure Sweden! The Internet has a speed of 300/300 Mbit! The speed is more than sufficient for home office. There is a TV with German programs.
