Rent studio for 2-3 people in a detached house. Shared house between 3 units. No overlooking between listings. Air conditioning installed in November 2022. Independent entrance for each listing. Private pool shared between the 3 listings. Sea and mountain views. Shops and beaches 5/10 min walk. Small cove within a 5-minute walk. Leisure: departure from a few boat trips at the foot of the subdivision ( Calanques de Piana, Scandola reserve,Girolata ...)

Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)

Charming renovated 2-bedroom with pleasant outdoor space

Located in the center of the village (supermarket, bar, newsstand, laundromat within 50 meters) and less than 200 meters from the beach, this is a completely refurbished apartment on one level. Guests will enjoy a quiet and very pleasant outdoor area. An outdoor sofa will offer you nice moments of relaxation. Meals can be enjoyed on the quiet terrace. My apartment is naturally cool and you can use the air conditioning.

Enjoy this beautiful terrace, to admire the sunsets. The independent apartment occupies the first floor of this villa, on the water: beach access through the garden gate, on the splendid beach of Péro, in Cargèse, with its turquoise waters. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed that converts to a 140 cm bed, for 2 people, in the living room.
