Explore Corsica with this luxurious 320m2 home located in the heart of the village of Cargese and minutes from the Calanques of Piana. This house with garden and sublime outdoor space can accommodate up to 10 adults. Spacious and bright, this villa will be ideal for your holidays for families or with friends. With a large furnished terrace of 130 m² and a gas barbecue, you can make beautiful meals. The pool is heated year-round. This house has been entirely designed to offer a dream vacation turned towards laziness, sharing and the sweetness of life. The kitchen and dining room have been designed to spend time in, they are spacious, very well equipped; a large table inviting late breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen serves the outdoor space in which you are very likely to spend the most time: large convivial table, relaxation area and especially a view of a field of olive trees. You will particularly appreciate the sunsets... You will find 3 bedrooms with private shower rooms and a large mezzanine. Bedroom A has pool views, the other two have views of the back of the house and nature. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning. This detached house, very pleasant to stay in, is very well located, on more than 5000 m² of a neat, wooded, flowered and enclosed garden. The interior is neat, comfortable, modern. It benefits from a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The setting is quiet, ideal for a total change of scenery. This soft and wild region, generously overlooking the gulf, mixes countryside and mountain and is crisscrossed by narrow roads crossing typical villages.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 190 m2 villa in a very good location with sea and mountain views. Beach and city center within a 10-minute walk. Heated pool and petanque court 1 tennis court in the subdivision. 4 bedrooms 4 double beds + 1 single 1 sofa bed for two people. Ideal for one or two families wishing to share their vacation. The house is divided into 2 units, each with their own entrance and individual space. Ultra-comfortable.
