Near route 172, the House is located at 3 km from the tourist village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, Quebec, Canada. The apartment is spread over two levels, perfect for 1 - 6 people. The apartment has 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets / shower / bathroom, a laundry room, a fireplace & 1 bed added for a 7th person. The balcony is 360 wrapped around the house. The outdoor gazebo allows a 360 degrees view of the magnificent Saguenay Fjord, is fully furnished and can receive 6 to 10 people.

Profitez d`un grand terrain boisé et bordé d’un joli petit lac (sans moteur) d`une belle promenade dans les sentiers derrière le chalet , en raquette l`hiver. Également idéal pour les motoneigistes , sentiers fédérés accessible via un petit chemin privé sur notre terrain .(Je peux vous fournir 4 paires de raquettes en babiche sur demande.)

Sur le chemin du valinouet venez profiter de notre  chalet 4 saisons au abord du petit lac clair. Vous serez charmé par la tranquillité du secteur avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Que se soit simplement pour décrocher, relaxer , le canot, le kayak, le vtt et la motoneige , tout le monde y trouvera son compte! Situé à seulement 13 minutes du valinouet et 15 minutes de chicoutimi, l' accès  au sentiers de vtt et de motoneige fédéré est facile.
