Small chalet located directly on my property. On the edge of the Lake Doctor landfill. Access to the water via the land, note that there is little water and that I do not currently have any small boats to walk there, if you have them then you can use them (Paddleboard, small kayak). Beautiful large outdoor courtyard, possible to make a fire, bbq or relax in the hammock. Located a 20-minute drive from MontValin National Park and other nearby outdoor activities.

La Bécassine is a small wooden mini-house. Heated by a wood-burning stove, equipped for a stay in the forest. Running water (summer), drinking water container (winter), no electricity, lantern and candle light, butane stove for cooking, basic dishes and saucepan, bedding, double bed in the mezzanine, dry toilet outside.
