A big thank you to Samir and his wife we felt at home from the first contact my mother talked about the stay all the way and I will never thank you enough ... the house is beautiful not far from the beautiful beaches with all the amenities that facilitate the stay ( swimming pool with showers , wifi , tv in the living room and in all the bedrooms , sheets , towels... ) a big thank you to Fethi the caretaker of the estate who welcomed me with extreme kindness ... I will be back with great pleasure

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is perfect and very quiet. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful. He welcomed us warmly and was available for questions throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay and an accommodating host. Before we even talked about the accommodation, a big thank you to Khalil for his exceptional hospitality: upon our arrival, he had prepared us enough to enjoy a good tea accompanied by delicious Moroccan cakes. He had also provided us with a wide selection of hygiene products as well as a nice assortment of kitchen products - brand new, which is rare enough to be highlighted. Thank you again for the delicate attention! As for the apartment: spacious, bright, and located in a very quiet and pleasant residence. The few cats, adorable and very clean, delighted my children. We even ran into a turtle! The real asset of this accommodation is undoubtedly its large terrace and private garden, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. In summary, we highly recommend this place, conveniently located just a short walk from the marina and the beach, right in the heart of the seaside resort of Saïdia.

I rented something on Airbnb for the first time and I am more than satisfied! There was a nice gentleman on site at check-in and check-out. He was very flexible with check-in and was super friendly! The location is perfect, it is not right next to the clubs but a few streets away, everything within walking distance. The apartment was completely clean and the furniture in great condition. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to go to Saidia. Value for money: unbeatable

Mohamed and his father Yahya are great, friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect, spacious and has a lot of amenities like fiber internet, iptv. The pool is really great and kids had the time of their lives! Anyway a great place which I recommend! A peaceful neighborhood

Hello friends, We had a nice stay at Mr ANAS. Very responsive, respectful host who is attentive to guests and very helpful. The apartment is clean, properly store exactly in the photos. The place is well located close to the corniche and restaurants all within walking distance. I see highly recommend Mr Anas without hesitation thank you again and see you soon inchallah
