Unique apartment in the heart of the old village.

Located on the top floor of a small residence in the heart of the old village, (shops, bars etc.) you will be on the 4th floor without elevator access, but you will have a unique and incomparable 360* view of St Lary and its valley! A large living room with beautiful windows to enjoy the exceptional view from the inside. There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Covered and secure parking space. Everything has been thought out for your comfort and is in a perfect location.

This place is new, peaceful and central. Faces south with equipped terrace and unobstructed mountain views. Very good location, close to the Thermal Baths, Sensoria, cable car and the city center. You will find all modern comforts with tasteful decor on the first floor of a quiet residence with parking, Wi-Fi and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with ovens, washing machine and dishwasher. New bathroom with walk-in shower, grab bar and seat. Linens and towels not provided.
