On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Warm and comfortable house, located altitude 500m, 150m from the owner's house, composed of, 1 room with a double bed, another with a double bed and 2 single beds, equipped kitchen with wood stove, living room with fireplace, and 1 bathroom. Many activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming in the river, Omblèze gorges, Gervanne, Drôme, Roanne...

The small house

Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Apartment located in a converted stone house in the heart of the Drôme Valley, in a quiet place. South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

The Drôme River is a 5-minute drive away, to enjoy many swimming spots in summer. Our small village, Piégros-la-Clastre is 2 km away, where you can enjoy the bar/restaurant.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.
