Welcome to La Fondette! We are Marian and Sander. In this place, you can take it easy in our unique, tranquil chalet that is inhabited by you (private). The area is beautiful and is located in the middle of nature. The room is bright and has a nice view that you can enjoy. We have fallen like a block for this place, come and experience it here!! Autumn/winter is also a nice time here. Puy-de-Sancy is also an hour's drive away; it's beautiful there too.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Located in a small hamlet overlooking the Cher Valley, our stone house will bring you all the tranquility you need to recharge. After a pleasant hike from the house, you can relax in our outdoor XXL 6-seater hot tub while enjoying the view. After dark, you can admire the starry sky without light pollution. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
