The cottage is located on a 9 hectare equestrian property. You will find many hiking trails (gr341), equestrian (equibreizh) or mountain biking at the foot of the house. Many activities around the lake are also offered: tree climbing, catering, water skiing, fishing, paddleboarding buoy...

By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
