We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Or just relax at the farm, watch us milk the cows or cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!

Upstairs is where you’ll find the master with full bath. There is a large deck and fire pit which is great for just hanging out. All this and easy access to the Mountain Road shuttle.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
