Come and relax in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyard. At the gates of Bordeaux, 800 m from the first castles and remarkable sites (cave, citadels, mill), this independent studio for 2 people located in our property, welcomes you for quiet moments. It is equipped with a sleeping area with 160 bed, shower room, sitting area and equipped kitchenette. We gladly share the (unheated) swimming pool, which can be used as soon as temperatures permit, usually from June to September.

It has 23 m2 organized with a sleeping area and its welcoming 160 bed, a kitchenette, a cozy living room and a private shower room.

Quiet countryside, without any vis-à-vis. The studio consists of direct access to the 6 seater hot tub, which will be exclusively dedicated to you with no time limit. A perfect temperature depending on the season. Even more enjoyable in winter Perfect for a relaxing evening for two. Heated pool. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

You will reach the Place de la Bourse in 20 min!
