It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Modern village house 7 minutes from the sea

You enter a large modern living room with kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV. There is a toilet on the ground floor. At the back of the house is a wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. Upstairs is a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a small bathroom with toilet. Then there is the bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. The house is a 7–15 minute drive to the sea and a 25 minute drive to Perthus.

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.
