The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The modern house features a welcoming exterior with a mix of brick and stone. A staircase leads to a covered balcony, furnished with seating and umbrellas. Lush hedges border the property, and a promotional sign for the Summer Card Premium is displayed in the corner.
