Fully renovated and soundproofed accommodation. Access to a shared courtyard (between the 4 apartments), with lounge area.

Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.

Pleasant detached chalet in the countryside located 12 km from Châteauroux and 13 km from the village of Georges Sand, 1 hour 10 minutes from Beauval Zoo, on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle, you will rest and enjoy the SPA heated to 38°, a large wooded park with miniature goats and a small pond with fish and frogs will rest you in the shade of a tree, bicycles will be available for walks because we are 1 km from the forest, barbecue and deckchair provided.

Welcome to Bel'M, a cozy refurbished studio located in a private and secure property with parking, garden and pétanque court. Ideally located less than 10 minutes by car from Châteauroux train station and all amenities (shops, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, park, etc.), accessible via public transport and bike path, close to the A20 highway exit. 1 km from the National Sports Shooting Center. Escape to a corner of the countryside close to the city.

In the heart of the city, come and enjoy your stay in a 38 m² connected house, very well equipped, with easy parking. Enjoy, on the ground floor, a beautiful bedroom area with a 160 bed. A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

The place is located 3 km from Châteauroux, close to the Domaniale forest, ideal for walking or cycling. 2 km away is the Margotière sports complex with the stadium and 10 km away is the La Martinerie sports shooting center.
