Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

We welcome you to our cottage located in the heart of the Mancelles Alps, in the heart of St-Léonard-des-Bois. "Les Vallées" has just been renovated. There are many activities for those who love nature, canoeing, kayaking... thanks to the Sarthe which flows below. Cleaning fee of €30 to be paid on-site.
