The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. U bent van harte welkom in het gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, dat deel uitmaakt van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het karakteristieke Corbigny, een charmant stadje dat alle nodige voorzieningen biedt. Corbigny is prachtig gelegen tussen het Regionale Natuurpark de Morvan en het Canal du Nivernais. Bovendien ligt het op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als vertrekpunt.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
