Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are not heated and therefore closed from September to April)

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Small detached house in Urzy for 2 people.

Small house of 25 m2 newly created in Urzy. It is located 3 minutes' drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 beds of 90 cm) and is located in a common courtyard. A large secure car park with intercom is right in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining plot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

Maisons de Thiot, Loire Gîtes, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its guest house stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

🏠Small house, formerly a marinier, adjoining the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open to a tree-lined boardwalk where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150m from a bakery and 190m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
