Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, comfortable and cosy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is laid out in front so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a composting toilet. Enchanting surroundings 🍃

Old Creuse house in a very quiet village close to the village of Masgot. Lovers of old stones, come and recharge your batteries at Marie-Louise's. You will enjoy all modern comforts in an authentic setting. The gîte has 2 bedrooms of about 20 m2 upstairs with a 140 cm bed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric hot plates, coffee machine, toaster. The shower room and separate toilet were renovated in 2024. A closed courtyard on the front.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate plot of land from ours. Once settled in, you'll be able to admire the starry nights and listen to the song of the owls. Small studio of 30 m², completely refurbished, adjoining our main house. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret - Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a good-quality double bed. Add an extra €5 if you need linen.
