Perfect location during my work trip to Lindenwood University! Very walkable with the cutest neighborhoods and vibrant waterfront/downtown.

Awesome place! Really cool neighborhood and interior/layout and so close to downtown St. Charles that everything is walkable. The private parking spot in back is great but street parking was plentiful as well. All in all a great stay and I'd highly recommend it when visiting St. Charles!

Our spring break vacation had to be redone less than 24 hours of our departure. Matt and Blair were quick to respond allowing an earlier check in. The first night, the propane tank on the grill went out. They came the next day while we were out to replace it and mowed the lawn. We felt safe with our little kids in this house in this neighborhood. We will be coming back to the St. Louis area again because we had such a fabulous time. It was quick to drive in and out to the city each day!
