Very nice 55m2 apartment bathed in sunlight thanks to its location (3rd floor without elevator), renovated and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped accommodation, composed of an entrance with closet, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, a dressing room and a kitchen open to the living room and living room. Linens and bedding provided. Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Come and relax in this stylish home refurbished with quality materials in a traditional Breton longhouse. The setting is peaceful with a magnificent view from above of the countryside of the Pays de Fougères. The latter is 10 min by car, you will also be 10 min from St Aubin du Cormier, 20 min from Vitré, 30 min from Rennes, 45 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 1 hour from Granville / St Malo.
