The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the small village of Saint-Marcellin, breathtaking views of the mountains. Fully equipped accommodation, reserved parking space. Closed room, possibility to put bikes or other items. Possibility to eat out. Shops nearby. Embrun train station is a 20-minute drive. Savine-le-Lac is a 30-minute drive away. Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

Very nice spacious house - Vars/Risoul/Eygliers

Above Guillestre, this recently renovated house is a real haven of peace, sunny and bright, with a breathtaking view of the River Guil, the Guillestrois and the surrounding peaks. The large openings bathe each room in soft light all day long. The south-facing balcony invites you to contemplate the mountains at any time, and the garden is equally suitable for summer breakfasts and December sun breaks. The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.

Fully equipped on 3 levels, a large bedroom under the roof, kitchen/living room. On the ground floor 1 toilet/shower room. You will arrive by car in the parking lot next to the cottage. Bowling and fountain. A dirt road in very good condition to arrive in this corner of paradise.

For nature lovers, a small 20 m2 wooden chalet located 1000 meters above sea level, in a commune of the Écrins National Park, a few kilometers from the Queyras Regional Nature Park and close to Lake Serre Ponçon. A main room + mezzanine. Ideal for 2 adults (or 2 adults + 2 children maximum). The rental is from May to October with the possibility of short stays outside the summer season.

Welcome to Julien and Sylvie's!!!!! Charming studio located on the first floor, 150 m from the village where you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a restaurant, a hairdresser and a bar. Free parking is a stone's throw from the apartment. Sheets and towels are provided. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
