The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

In a mountain chalet, lit by candlelight (emergency solar lighting), in the quiet amidst larches with a large terrace that lets you discover a magical landscape. Fully equipped on 3 levels, a large bedroom under the roof, kitchen/living room. On the ground floor 1 toilet/shower room. You will arrive by car in the parking lot next to the cottage. Bowling and fountain. A dirt road in very good condition to arrive in this corner of paradise.

A mountain family house in the Parc des Ecrins that will serve as a starting point for beautiful walks, either directly on foot from the house, (exploration of the torrent, surrounding hamlets, La Durance...) or a few minutes by car for mountain excursions, rafting on the Durance, swimming in the lake... The house is comfortable to live in, the kitchen is functional and meals can be taken outside in the summer.
