In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Our detached studio is located at the back of the courtyard of our house. It overlooks a garden in which our exceptional tree rests. Quiet traffic, close to the quays of Sarthe and on the opposite bank, facing the wall of the Plantagenet city, 5 minutes and a few steps from St Julien Cathedral. Ideal for a weekend of discovery to attend the many races on the circuit, which is located a 20-minute drive and tram ride away. WE: 2 nights minimum

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Nestled amid our orchards, it offers a relaxing and serene setting. Just 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you’ll be close to hiking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.

Cozy and modern studio located close to multiple shops and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Le Mans. Welcome to my apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet residence. A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. This studio is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments available. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.
