“The Copper Room is beautifully decorated and very cozy! Perfect for a weekend getaway for two. Located right in town in an old building with a lot of charm, including the steps to get up to the sidewalk and the iron gates. Just a block from the St. Croix Tavern and a few blocks away from the Crystal, both very friendly small town bars. Just a few minutes drive from Taylor's Falls and the state parks. Rhonda was a great host and very accommodating - we highly recommend!! Great place for a great value, the Copper Room is definitely worth it!!”

The campsite includes a picnic table, BBQ grill and fire pit. There is a self composting toilet on site. It is about a quarter mile walk to the site. Two camp carts available to bring gear out. Drinking water is available from the hose out by the high tunnel.
“Dan's place was great! It is exactly as pictured. The yurt style tent was very large and comfy - we put in two twin inflatables for us and a camp mat and sleeping bag for our 8 yr old grandson. The 14 yr old grandson tried out his brand new camping hammock and it was great. We enjoyed a brilliant full moon, and fireflies in the field. We had a nice campfire. The outhouse/composting toilet was really good - and those little things mean a lot. No smelly biff! I highly recommend this place and we will be back.”

“A perfect little quiet space that offers privacy within a small town. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Allison’s place. We mostly kept to ourselves but Allison was very quick to reply to any communications. She also has a great list of local restaurants and attractions. It was perfect for a quick little weekend getaway.”
