Charming 40 m2 duplex with garage, located on the church square near Abzac Castle. Shops, river and promenade within walking distance. Very quiet. Coutras SNCF train station (trains 31 min from Bordeaux) is only 3 km away, as well as the nearest supermarket, and the A89 highway is 5 minutes away And by car, the beautiful city of Bergerac is 40 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the unmissable village of St Emilion and the beautiful city of Libourne. Linens and towels are not provided.

Location gîte

Stay in an outbuilding on a fenced 5,000 m² property, on the same estate as our house. Enjoy a swimming pool and an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The property is located just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. The gîte comprises of: • a 30 m² room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen • a 12 m² room • a 10 m² bathroom with a toilet. Our daughters will be able to use the pool from time to time with your permission.
