Charming pool house in an idyllic setting

The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

A stone's throw from La Roche-Bernard, its location is ideal for visiting the Vilaine Valley, enjoying the countryside, forest and the beaches of Morbihan. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

Great for a quiet stay, with family, friends or for a romantic stay. This space is private, just for you . If you wish, you can relax in the hot tub and heated pool while enjoying the exotic garden. Small house with character, completely renovated, located in the center of the village, with courtyard and garden not overlooked. In a quiet area close to all shops. A 10-minute walk to the magnificent Bretesche Castle and its beautiful 18-hole golf course. Small feature of the accommodation, the second bedroom(2 beds 1 place) is accessible by the 1st bedroom, by a contiguous door. This can be a plus for the safety of young children.

Accommodation for 4 people, in the attic of our "château farm" farmhouse, stone farmhouse located on 1 hectare. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Night at 70 euro, minimum 2 nights +0.70 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€20 extra if desired.) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
