Two properties available, one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 3. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two properties, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. You can make use of the sauna. Private area available upon reservation. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!

A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away
