We are 5 minutes from Prye Castle, 10 minutes from Nevers (8 km) and 15 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours F1 circuit. The 35 m2 house is independent, it is located next to our house ON THE SAME PROPERTY. You have a terrace in front of the accommodation overlooking the common exterior.
