On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. For one or two people, the 180 X 200 bed can accommodate 2 separate 90 X 200 beds. The cottage is adjoining the main house but completely independent with a garden and private parking. Very good location, for both business and tourist clientele.
