On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Sébastien and Patricia will be happy to host you.

Nestled at the end of a small courtyard, it evokes the charm of Italian courtyards and southern coastal towns. Carefully decorated in tones of sapphire blue and old pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15 minute walk.

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet. Summer kitchen, 2-burner stove and sink available to the tenants Access to a private terrace, garden and pool. The price is for 1 person, €20 will be charged per additional person

Farm stay near Lake Grandlieu

Within a diversified organic vegetable farm. Cottage that can accommodate 4 people (including 2 in mezzanine). Private shower, toilet and kitchenette. Linens and towels are provided and included in the price. Bikes are available free of charge. Internet: fiber optic Check-ins start at 4 p.m., except on Fridays (5 p.m.).

Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
